OUR PROJECTS
Berceste Houses
TEK Group Engineering's primary field of activity and focus is the construction and building contracting sector . In recent years, the "Berceste Houses" project continues in the İlimtepe area of Kocaeli's Körfez district, one of the first places that comes to mind when residents of Kocaeli and the Anatolian side of Istanbul think of a quiet, peaceful, and nature-infused lifestyle.
It carries out design and engineering activities for two separate civil construction projects aiming to produce "durable, comfortable and prestigious residences" by taking into account the internationally accepted requirements of the construction industry, especially national regulations and legislation.
The Körfez-İlimtepe area, located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul , home to both the most densely populated and industrialized areas in Turkey, and adjacent to the Çatalca Peninsula, home to industrial centers such as Gebze and Körfez , was chosen as the location. In addition to its proximity to residential and industrial zones, the area's proximity to three airports and newly constructed highways also offers transportation and financial advantages.

Engineering and construction are ongoing for the first phase of the 5,500 m² residential project, located in a natural area where air, water, and green spaces have not yet been affected by the negative effects of city life. The project, which will consist of 16 garden villas, is planned to be sold in three different designs:
Forest View Villas (6 Units)
Villas with Sea and Forest Views (5 Units)
Villas with Gardens in the Site (5 Units)
In addition, there is an adult pool, a children's pool (heated), a children's playroom, a hobby room, a sauna, a steam bath, a social area, a fire pit, a basketball court / tennis court and walking paths.
To ensure security, the entire complex is surrounded by walls, and additional measures have been implemented with metal fences and camera systems. A servant's apartment is located at the complex's entrance gate to monitor entrances and exits, and automatic remote control systems have been installed to create a safer living space.
