Our country's population exceeding 85 million, its rapid population growth, and the abundance of buildings constructed according to outdated building/engineering codes maintain a strong demand for durable and livable housing. These factors, coupled with the demand for housing from citizens of many countries, particularly those in the Middle East, the Gulf region, and the European Union , create a much greater need for housing constructed with modern engineering techniques, beyond this natural demand.

As is the case globally, residential and investment trends in Turkey are shifting toward the demand for detached, comfortable, and nature-focused housing. This growing preference for a safe, secure, and natural environment, particularly in close proximity to nature , has shaped TEK Group Engineering's focus on civilian housing developments, focusing its construction and real estate activities on meeting these demands.

For this purpose, engineering and construction work continues on the “Berceste Houses” project in Körfez District of Kocaeli Province, aiming to meet the demands of both domestic users and foreign investors.
